Important: CryptoVision Analyzer does not operate as a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, or custodial wallet. The App does not hold, transfer, or custody user funds. All trading activity occurs within the user's own exchange account (e.g. Gate.io, Binance, OKX) via API connection.

1. Introduction

CryptoVision Analyzer ("the App") is an AI-powered cryptocurrency market analysis and signal assistant. The App connects to your personal exchange account via API key to deliver automated market signals and portfolio monitoring. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

By using CryptoVision Analyzer, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Exchange API Credentials To connect to your exchange account, the App requires your API key and secret. These credentials are:

  • Stored exclusively on your device using encrypted local storage
  • Never transmitted to our servers
  • Never shared with any third party other than the exchange itself
  • Removable by the user at any time

2.2 Optional Service Credentials If you choose to enable Telegram notifications, the App requests your Telegram Bot Token. This is optional, stored locally on your device, and never sent to our servers.

2.3 Trading & Portfolio Data The App processes the following data locally on your device:

  • Trading history and executed signal records
  • Active position information (entry prices, targets, stop levels)
  • Account balance and profit/loss information retrieved from your exchange
  • AI-generated market analysis results and signal recommendations

This data is processed on-device and is not uploaded to our servers.

2.4 Technical & Analytics Data We collect anonymized, aggregated technical data via Google Play Services:

  • Device model and operating system version
  • Anonymized usage patterns and feature interactions
  • Crash reports and performance metrics

No personal identifiers are included in this data.

2.5 User Preferences App settings, trading preferences, notification configurations, and UI preferences are stored locally on your device only.

  • All communications with exchanges use HTTPS/TLS encryption

  • No personal or financial data is stored on our servers

4.3 AI Analysis Services When generating market analysis, the App may transmit anonymized chart image data to third-party AI services (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini):

  • Only anonymized chart/market data is shared — never personal information or account credentials
  • No API keys, account balances, or personally identifiable information is transmitted
  • Data sharing is governed by the respective AI provider's privacy policy

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Cryptocurrency Exchanges (Gate.io, Binance, OKX) The App connects to your chosen exchange using your API credentials to retrieve market data and execute trading signals on your behalf. All transactions occur within your own exchange account. The App does not hold or transfer funds. Your use of these exchanges is governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

5.2 AI Analysis Providers (OpenAI / Google Gemini) Anonymized market chart data may be processed by AI providers for analysis. No personal data, account information, or API credentials are shared with these services.

5.3 Telegram (Optional) If enabled, the App sends trade alerts and status notifications to your Telegram bot. Only signal and status messages are transmitted — no personal data or account credentials are shared. This feature can be disabled at any time.

5.4 Google Play Services Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics and crash reports are collected via Google Play Services to improve app stability. No personal data is included.

6. Data Retention

6.1 Local Data

  • Trade history: Retained for 30 days on-device, then automatically deleted
  • App settings and preferences: Retained until you manually clear data or uninstall the App
  • Cache data: Automatically cleared when the App is closed

6.2 User Control

  • You can clear all locally stored data at any time via App Settings > Clear Data
  • You can export your trading history from within the App
  • Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: View all trading history and settings stored within the App
  • Rectification: Modify your API credentials and preferences at any time
  • Erasure: Clear all locally stored data via App Settings
  • Opt-out: Disable optional features such as Telegram notifications

Since all personal and financial data is stored exclusively on your device, exercising most of these rights is under your direct control within the App.

8. Children's Privacy

CryptoVision Analyzer is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial financial risk and is not appropriate for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take steps to restrict their access and delete any associated data.

9. International Data Transfers

Your personal and financial data is stored locally on your device and is not transferred internationally by us.
