### C. Cookies and Local Storage
We use `localStorage` to save your app settings (city selection, notification preferences, premium status) on your device. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
